For a complete Lot or Sim you'll need the whole set of files.
A household of one Sim consists of 5 files (1 householdinary file, 1 trayitem file, 1sgi file and 2 hhi files). For each extra Sim in the household an extra sgi file is added. TSR will only accept single Sims.
A Lot consists of 6-8 files, depending on how many floors your Lot has (1 trayitem file, 1blueprint file and 4 bpi files, and extra bpi files for each extra floor).
How To Install Lots Sims 4
To select all the needed files, save your Household or Lot to your personal Gallery, and order your Tray folder to save date, to gather the correct files. Keep in mind that the game can add extra Trayitem files to your folder if you browse the community gallery after saving your Lot or Household. Take a good look at the save time of the files to get all the correct files
Sims 4 How To Download Houses
Add all the needed files for the Sim or Lot to a zip file, and upload the complete zip file on TSR. Don't add any extra files to the zip file (no images added to the zip file) and don't change the name of any of the files in the zip file. Give the zip file the name of your creation, with your username added to it. Make sure all the files are placed directly into the zip, and not placed in a folder before adding them to the zip file.
